The building, which was used as the Firewood Store, the building housing the Company of Reed Mat Makers, and the Lion Cages during the early Ottoman period, is located between the walls and the Hagia Irini Church in the garden accessed by passing through Bab-ı Hümayun. It dates from the period when the Hagia Irene Church was a military museum.
