Vialand Mall, Theme Park, Hotel

Vialand, which is one of our projects realized with our innovative perspective and includes units such as theme park, shopping center and show center, was completed and put into service by Güryapı in 2013.

The project's 351,646 square meter construction area includes a shopping center on a 351,646 square meter area.

Within the scope of the shopping mall, a 4-star hotel block with a total of 101 rooms on an area of 13,749 square meters, as well as an indoor parking lot with a capacity of 5000 vehicles were positioned.

The project, which also includes cultural and social activity areas, includes 267,000 square meters of recreation and green space. 200,000 square meters of it is designed as a 'theme park' and 67,000 square meters as a 'show center'.

Vialand arazisinin kuzeyinde kalan TEM Otoyolu, güneyinde kalan ise E-5 Karayolu ulaşım konusunda tüketiciye avantaj sağlanmıştır.
