Esenler Housing Project

As in all projects bearing the signature of Güryapı, modern living spaces have been created for the consumer in the Esenler Residence Project, which focuses on people and comfort.  

Within the scope of the project, 1,027 independent sections and 32 shops were designed.  

The site is structurally composed of 10 blocks and includes a children's playground, walking paths and recreation areas.

The project rising in Esenler, which blends the vibrant life of the European Side with a friendly atmosphere, has offered residents a combination of trust and comfort with its open and closed areas.
